Potholes, fly-tipping, missed bins, graffiti, anti-social behaviour. Take a photo and the app works out what the problem is, whether it’s for the council or the police, and sends it on.

How it works

  1. Snap it

Add a photo. The app suggests what the problem is and writes a description.

  2. Pin it

It uses where the photo was taken, or where you are. Adjust it on the map if needed.

  3. We route it

Council or police? County or district? It works that out for anywhere in England.

  4. Track it

Follow it from sent to fixed, with updates from neighbours along the way.
